Becky brings broad experience to every event she facilitates. During nearly ten years of Fortune 500 corporate work, she led a community relations area, designed and facilitated training workshops for a human resources department, and managed company-wide quality systems. Most recently Becky created and equipped an inside sales team for a young publishing company. Across 20 years of faith-based work, Becky recruited, trained, and led a seventy-five person volunteer team, while she managed major event logistics for one of America’s largest churches (event attendance peaked at 80,000.) She coordinated a county-wide collaboration for her local United Way that helped multiple agencies better serve families. For ten years, she served as a local director for Kids Hope USA, a mentoring program reaching at-risk elementary students in her community. She also led as board Chair for a local nonprofit organization.
Becky earned training, facilitating, and speaking certification through the John Maxwell Team and from the 5 Languages of Appreciation in the Workplace organization. And in 2016, she added Listen to My Life (life mapping for individuals) into her program offerings. She combines her corporate, nonprofit, and organizational leadership expertise with these certifications to deliver highly relevant, well-crafted events and experiences that provide practical skills for all who attend. Becky earned a BA in Communication from Purdue University.
