This training experience, based on The 5 Languages of Appreciation in the Workplace, equips management, supervisors, and work teams with proven, practical steps to build a positive culture of value and affirmation. Each participant will take the Motivating by Appreciation Inventory, an on-line assessment tool that takes 20 minutes to complete prior to training.
